Returns Policy

Best Buy Electric’s sole responsibility and obligation in the event of defective merchandise shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the merchandise and we shall not be responsible for any other damage or loss.

To initiate the return process, send an email to sales@bestbuyelectric.com, clearly stating your situation and what you would like to return. You will then be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number through our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

Best Buy Electric will not issue an RMA for merchandise that was invoiced more than 15 days prior to the date of request for an RMA.

Restocking Charge - All products returned for reason other than defects are subject to 35% restocking charge plus shipping charges. This charge is provided back to the customer in the form a credit which they can use on ANY future purchase. The return must be packed in the original carton and shipped within 30 days of receipt. Returned items that show evidence of having been installed, that are missing instructions or documentation and/or original packaging will be scrapped or returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. In such cases, a representative from our company will contact the purchaser before taking action.

The customer will be refunded once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
